Hi everyone. Does MAL play any role in promotion? I am currently at L11 with MAL 38 and TAL 17. My Manager told me that it is not considered that much during discussions. Then why is it given? Also I have been expecting promotion since end year but nothing happening. Even in Mid-year my case wasn't discussed. Any suggestions from anyone here? Will I be in a good position for end year discussions or should I look for offers outside ACN?

Network design exit opps? I love working on network design and optimisation project but I am a bit reluctant to specialise there because I am not sure what kind of exit opps exist.
