I have pretty solid statistics to go off of, but looking for someone who’s in the same boat as me. I am a senior financial planner (CFP) working on 2 teams that manages 600M across 350 households with 10 years experience.

I have an offer IQVIA and VFISLK offers @ 15lpa each.

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less. Well I guess you should never settle. New gen is giving a hard time to the experienced folks. I think this is the high time to upgrade your skills. Come out of your comfort zone and start looking for new opportunities. I think this is the best time to switch if u haven't already in quite some time.
