I completed all rounds with @tcs and about to recieve an offer for senior data engineer role. Please suggest what would I expect from TCS for below skillset

YOE- 8
Skills- Databricks,pyspark, ADF, Snowflake, ETL, Big Data
CcTC- 21 fixed
Currenlty I am working in a full WFH mode, but TCS is asking to come to Bangalore for 5 days office.

I’ve never negotiated a salary before… any tips? The offer is for a boutique consulting firm with 2 YOE. The project work aligns exactly to my current role.

Base: 125k + COLA
Bonus target: 10%
Sign on bonus: 10k

Current base: 115k
Current bonus target: 15%

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

Is relieving letter mandatory for onboarding into TCS? Because relieving letter will be provided only after 10days after completion of fnf settlement and my joining date is just next day of my LWD. Please help??
