Hi everyone, I got approved for an L4 position at Google in the Bay Area and wanted to know how much compensation I should be expecting. My decision came back really fast and the recruiter told me it was because interview and referral feedback was very positive. Currently an SDE2 at Amazon (promoted in April) in NJ with just over 2 YOE. My current base is ~150k and TC is ~180k. I read that the median TC for an L4 in CA is ~250k. Should I be expecting more because of my positive feedback? Thanks!

I see a lot of discrepancies with letter of intent from Wipro..
Like joining location is different, salary was given too less than expected Salary...
I've not accepted or rejected the letter of intent but I've emailed the HR asking to make changes in the letter to resend... Is everyone facing the same situation ??

I have 12 years of experience.. in all interviews I really does well except writing sql queries.. though I have 12 years of sql experience whenever they ask in interviews to write even basic queries I will get nervous and my mind goes blank.. how to overcome this problem?
