Coforge - 35 LPA
WNS - 35 LPA
Small Company - 29 LPA.

Job Security and Work life balance is my at most priority.

Should i Join Wipro as a B2 Bank Employee?
What will be my Upcoming appraisal and is there any scenario of Hire and Fire or Fire if i am on the bench for a month or so?

Hello,
I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.
