I have been in the job market from last 4-5 weeks since I was laid off from Microsoft as a recruiter. My experience is not great as I have applied for more than 75 jobs with the organisations I am interested in for the roles which are in mid level considering I have 5 years of experience. I am targeting for about CAD 90-110k annually and I am located in Toronto, Canada. Do you feel things will pace up this month and my expectations are reasonable?

I am in TAC for a fairly large networking company. I am making 48k a year with decent benefits and unlimited PTO. I love working at this company and my boss is fantastic. However, I feel as though I am being underpaid given my credentials. I have my CCNA and almost have my CWNA.
