As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

This is not my area of expertise but your résumé seems very atypically formatted an extremely busy. The recommendations I have seen say three bullet points per job.
Interesting resume. I would -
1. Use the “normal” section headers
2. Make sure that each bullet point has a concrete number representing an achievement of yours (not only describes what you did)
3. Make the professional summary much shorter
4. Formatting and grammar
Hi Maria! If you’re interested in resume editing, please DM me. I’m also from Miami! 🙌🏻
Visually, your resume is extremely cluttered. You have impressive work experience but it's difficult to digest because of the busyness. Be consistent with your formatting, put your professional summary into a single paragraph (not two separate columns), and remove some bullet points from beneath each job. That should help.
Agreed. Its really hard to read this format.
Impressive resume, would have to agree with the previous responses.
1. cut down some bullet points. 3-4 bullet points per role if possible.
2. Highlight metrics of your job experience in the bullet points you do decide to keep. You want to share to an employer your value add in previous roles, and metrics can often help.
3. Under your skillset, have a subsection for the following as needed: "Technical", "Interpersonal", "Languages", "Certifications"
These should be short sentences or even just a list.
Example;
Technical: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.
Languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, etc.
4. If you haven't done so already, take a look at the roles that are being offered and tailor your resume to the job description. A hack is to run the job description/required qualifications through a word frequency counter and the words that appear the most often will typically help you figure out what should be included/what they're looking for on your resume.
Wishing you the best of luck!
