Hi Everyone! I recently accepted a voluntary termination from a Director of Finance positio. I've only been job hunting for about 6 weeks but I'm having a hard time focusing my attention on what will be the best use of my time: do I ramp up my professional development to boost my resume, focus on networking, "spray and pray" my resume to every job posting?? I feel like every day I open my computer and end up with 30 tabs open and never pick one thing to work on. Any advice on how to focus?

Kind of a new distance runner here (completed my first half mara last month) and am usually run on treadmill for workouts during the week. I also wear an Apple Watch. Have noticed that my Apple Watch tends to say I’ve run a longer distance, at a faster speed, than treadmill. (It’s usually up to 0.5 miles off and 0.5mph off in speed). Anyone experience this? Not sure what to trust but assuming Apple Watch. Thoughts?
