Hi everyone, I recently received an offer from Monitor Deloitte in the UK as a Scon with their Lifesciences practice. Annual remuneration of ~60k GBP is their officer + sponsor my work visa for my movement from India to UK.


However, dependent visa and relocation assistance they said will not be provided. Do you think this is a good offer to accept? My husband will not be able to travel along in this case and we may have to work out other arrangements to shift our belongings to UK🙄

I’m starting with a new company in May. They are sponsoring me for H1B lottery this March.
Should I tell my current company to not sponsor me for H1B lottery this March? (I don’t want to break the news of leaving) (Are there consequences of two firms sponsoring me at the same time?)

Moving to a job for a manager/controller role for a smaller company. Past coworkers put in a good word for me and basically hyped me up to their boss. I was confident about what i can deliver but now nervous about not living up to expectations! I have 3 YOE, got offered 10.5 LPA in pwc. I had asked for a higher package as I have a counter offer of 12 LPA, the HR came up with some logic of variables, performance pay etc and gave me the offer. I have been offered a role in Data Analytics dept ( SAP tech stack).
