/160k OTE role out of Plano TX

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)

Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.

Last round for a VP level front office transformation role @Citi . TC is looking like 160k base + 20% bonus (5 YOE ). Will be making this in a couple months when promoted to NYC strategy and consulting M1 @ Accenture. Is it worth the move ? Are there other perks I am not considering ?

Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Less of a question, more of a request... stop asking your junior BIPOC strats to work on BLM briefs because they are the only voice of color on your team. In a time where we need support grappling with our very REAL realities and how it impacts how we show up in the agency, the LAST thing we need is an “opportunity” to express our “unique POV” on a diversity brief (that we won’t even get to speak to none the less).
