I work for a global, top tier tech/consulting company. Have been there 5 years. I have my MBA. I moved from client delivery into HR role last year. I just received a zero increase to my salary. I am a high performer. I was expecting 2-3% merit . Salary is 93k. Need an honest outside perspective of what to do. I feel as though my loyalty & high performance count for nothing. The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.
