I'm currently working on .Net side as a WPF developer. I want to explore opportunities in Javascript side and .Net core side. I upskilled myself and added these tech along with React also to my portfolio. However since I do not have experience on this tech stack I'm not getting any interview calls.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to jump to a different company with a different tech stack?

I made it to regional manager for a franchise by age 22. Ran a successful financial practice & sold by the age of 33. Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Looking for an entry level non exempt positions. I've been in and out of both food service and retail for years. I know what I'm worth and I know how strong my work ethic is. I do not enjoy having carrots dangling out of reach, preventing me from furthering my career. Seems all this 20 something year olds are getting what I feel I do deserve (no ego).
