1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level

I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

RE Attorneys: When sending title objection letters, how do simplify them for parties on the other side who “just don’t get it”? I try my hardest to explain the purpose of the TOL and that most of the objections will be handled by the title company, but most sellers don’t understand, ignore the TOL, and blow the seller response deadline. I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.
