I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.

Can anyone tell me what it means have I been rejected or something else.

Both are providing almost same CTC.

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

Sapient has offered 33.5 as CTC which includes 5% variable , work experience is 7.5 years at SA L2 level . Is this the good offer as per sapient range ?

My ftc is due to end 16th December. Has anyone had a bonus paid out to them for staying at Google until the end of their ftc? If so what amounts were you paid? I've asked my manager and I've not been given a straight answer so would love to hear from those with experience.
