Do you have a plan of action if anyone on your team gets sick with covid19?

I got out of my water drinking habit and finding it hard to build back up to 100oz + per day. I don’t like the fact I’ve added in drinks with fake sweeteners to get more fluid intake. What do you all drink to supplement water that is better than some artificially flavored and/or colored beverage? I feel nothing exists and I just need to get back to my water habit. Maybe any good water bottles that help you drink more?

I was fairly diligent last week, billed 60h, met all my deadlines and obtained positive feedback on my work. It was a lot harder than it sounds as I’m generally either late, screw up or get bad feedback. So big win. How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't?
