I'm holding offers from multiple organizations. Out of which I wanted to choose one between the two. One being Morgan Stanley and the other is Deloitte.

Morgan Stanley is the one who is offering me more. But wanted to know few aspects from both the firms in terms of work-life balance, future scope, work culture, work pressure, job security, learning aspects etc.

I have joined wipro on 31st Jan 2022 so as per 6 month calculation my probation period will end on 31st July 2022.

If before 31st July I am putting down papers my Notice period woud be of one months right and not 3 months since my probation ends after 31st.

As per offer letter it's mentioned in probation notice period is of 30 days.

Please let me know if my understanding is right ?

Really looking for some insights as I am deciding between two job offers.

1. Capgemini - Kolkata, Manager C2 | 27 LPA (Fixed 24.5)
2. TEKsystems - Remote, Senior Engineer | 31 LPA Fixed

(I am based out of Kolkata)

Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

Please factor in job security as well in your suggestions.

After a long discussion also the HR didn't agree more than this.
