First off - I am extremely new to this type of professional networking and it seems to me that more than 85% of the posts are about compensation, career etc…. First the role was perm now all of a sudden it to changed to temp to hire after I didn't accept the offer and asked for a higher sign on and base. I've been struggling since February to get my WFH setup in a way that works for me.

I live in a 2br apartment with my partner so clearing the extra bedroom of distractions (we used it as a video and tabletop gaming room) was an easy choice.

Unfortunately my productivity is much lower than it ever was at the office. I don't really get distracted at home, but I'm not getting as much done either.

Anyone else still stuck like this?
