Hi everyone, is everyone having a hard time getting a higher level positions in the SC industry? I’ve been trying to leave my current job since May 2022. I’ve applied to 10 higher level positions daily since last year, have a Master’s degree, and have nearly 3 years of experience. And yet I am having a hard find a senior or supervisor position for at least 50K. I feel as if I simply want to give up.

Leaving this summer to PE, bonus pays in June. When should I give notice? Don’t want to burn bridges but don’t want to risk a slashed bonus (or none at all)

It's sad to see people with 2-3 years of experience getting paid more than you when u have double the experience. 😄 Best part is they are still complaining of getting less.
