Hi everyone, is everyone having a hard time getting a higher level positions in the SC industry? I’ve been trying to leave my current job since May 2022. I’ve applied to 10 higher level positions daily since last year, have a Master’s degree, and have nearly 3 years of experience. And yet I am having a hard find a senior or supervisor position for at least 50K. I feel as if I simply want to give up.

I think the market's been a little tough at the moment so I'm not surprised - senior roles seem harder to find than before, I think you'll need to keep at it for sure but maybe start looking for recruiters on LinkedIn?

I have not specifically tried to apply for any mgmt positions, but what are your skill sets? It seems like as an analyst you should easily be able to make more than 50k. Do you know SQL, PowerBI or Tableau?

Yes, I know all of these things.

Willing to relocate? Where are you now?
