I’ve an total 3YOE in Pyspark and Python technologies And holding offers from Bank of America for 15.5 fixed and IDFC with 17lpa + 1 joining bonus.

In Bank of America it is more of a core Python role whereas in IDFC it is more related to Data Engineer role. I’m confused between choosing since Bank of America has bigger brand value and also both organizations have similar work life balance.

Hi, I am currently working with a startup as a software engineer. I joined first as an android developer and after 1 year I became SDE-1 and now it's been 1 year more and I have given my resign and now serving notice period. I don't yet have been able to get new opportunity somewhere else but I was sure to leave the current company due to unstable work life balance and heavy work load, so how should I further find a new company that has good work life balance and higher salary.
