I’d appreciate your suggestions on which offer seems better. I have around 9 years of experience as a .NET Developer, and I currently have the following offers:

IQVIA – CTC: ₹24 LPA (Fixed: ₹22 LPA + ₹2 LPA Bonus)

PwC – CTC: ₹25 LPA (All Fixed)

Allstate – CTC: ₹29.5 LPA (Fixed: ₹27.5 LPA + ₹2 LPA Bonus)

Broadridge – CTC: ₹28.2 LPA (Fixed + ₹1 LPA Joining Bonus)

Years of Experience: ~6 Years
Prior Compensation: ~ 30 LPA (FIXED) + 12 LPA( ESOPS) -> ~ 42 LPA

Company: Microsoft India
Title/Level: L-62
Base: 38 Fixed
Signing Bonus: 8(6+2)
Stock bonus: $80k for 4 years
Relocation: Basic + 3 Lac
Bonus: 10-20%
Total comp- 38+6+15 ~ 59 LPA

Title/Level: IC3

Base: 43 Fixed
Signing Bonus: 10(5+5)
Stock bonus: 1200 RSU for 4 years
(CTC): Rs. ~66 LPA
more inclined towards Microsoft, but they are offering less

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
