SAP labs : 34 fixed+10% variable +2L joining bonus.
Warner bros .discovery: 34 fixed +15% variable +4 L joining bonus( 2L after completing 3 months joining and 2 L after completing 1 year) +15kUSD stock.

In SAP labs HR mentioned stocks will be given during performance reviews(not sure about this)

Please help me to choose the better offer
Experience : 6 years.
Tech stack: Java +React+AWS.
CTC: 19.5 fixed.

What bonuses are expected to get paid out for FY22? There was a raise in July but no bonus, correct? Is it only equity awards in Nov? Or will there be an element of cash bonus?

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

Any advice would be appreciated.
