Hi everyone seeking some insight here!

I have 6 YOE and currently an M2. I’ve got 2 offers I’m debating currently both lateral moves to a T2 BB or a small investment fund. Base is 175 for BB and 165 for investment fund but the bonuses will probably get my TC higher for the investment however it’s super small (< 50 people).

For people who’ve made similar moves, are these numbers in line with what you got / expectations? Open to any feedback/suggestions. Thank you!

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?
