Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️

Currently I'm holding an offer of 14 LPA.
I've my HR round with Wipro on Monday.
For a Salesforce profile with YoE: (close to) 5yrs, how much CTC at max can I ask for?

My CTC is 28.5
They are deducting PF .. arround 2.34 lakhs per year.
Can I ask them to deduct only 1800+1800 = 3600/month
