HELP PLEASE! !
Hello i got an offer from Brillio (joining in 2023) but as an intern i have experience of using go-lang as backend developer. So my question is should i join Brillo or look for some other companies. I don't know what type of clients Brillio have and tech they use.

Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

I’m in between projects. I have been for a while now. So if anyone is looking for a freelance copy and u/x writer, put me in coach! I’m available to work.
Check out my portfolio and let me know if we’re a good profit match.

It sounds like you have a lot of experience and already have certifications as well. Why do you think you need more degrees or certifications?
Thank you for the tips and advice. It’s much appreciated!
What do you want to do? Are you looking to stay and grow where you are or change industries? What does your director say about next steps? Or do you just enjoy school?
That is a good question. I know that I want to work on creative projects. In what capacity, I’m not sure. Right now I am working on events and projects, but I am the only project manager type in our company. I would ideally like to work with a team of PMs that I can learn from and grow with. Also I am trying to distance myself more away from events and more into projects, but continue to get sucked back into them. I don’t mind doing them, but I feel that it’s taking away my time from projects that I would rather be doing. Not sure what moves to make next and what direction is best.
Depends on what you want to get into next! If you're considering tech/digital I'd say CSM would be a good certification to consider
I’m currently in medical, and worked in tech previously. Definitely could go back to tech. Thanks for the tip!
MBAs are over saturated, look at MS programs in communications. Got my MS and next job got me $25k more.
Thanks so much for the feedback. I keep hearing that MBAs aren’t necessary in all circumstances. I am not excited about getting into more student loan debt, and would rather focus my efforts on catered programs or certifications or hands on learning on the job site at this point. Thank you for taking the time to write this out for me. I appreciate it.
