Hi fishes how is wlb in mphasis?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. Should I risk taking JPMC offer and losing 1 out of 3 chances of my H1B Visa lottery?
Is it going to be possible with the visa situation?
Wait, so they don't offer an H1b but they want you to relocate internationally?
I am currently in US on F1 visa OPT Status
yeah im a bit confused by this...are you already working somewhere on a h1b and JPMC isn't willing to take it over?
I am currently on F1 OPT and this year will be my 1st H1b chance.
JPMC won't sponsor this year, meaning I will only have two more chances in 2023 and 2024 for H1b
