Anyone has any idea how wabtec is in terms of company policies, growth prospects, quality of work etc or any general reviews ??

I'm in talks with them for a data engg role,

As of this stage this is the only product based company offer I have. Rest all are the usual service based MNC's

But I'm inclined towards wabtec because I'm fed up of service MNC culture.

Tried searching online about wabtec, but din find anything concrete.

Please help if anyone has any experience.

Things have been super stressful at work lately for a variety of reasons & a couple of weeks ago I decided to raise the issues with my Creative Director.
For context, he’s the reason for a lot of these problems and I (tactfully, I think) said as much. He listened to me patiently but took no responsibility and deflected blame with every issue raised.
