I recently joined HCL from Dell as Associate consultant E3.1 for AI/ML ROLE. I have total of 8.5 years of experience. I accepted offer for 36 lakhs.
I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.

My client’s site got hacked yesterday. I didn’t see any actual signs of impending attack. But knowing how little we do for cyber security when building a site, I knew we must have been vulnerable in some way. Hi fishes, I got letter of intent from Wipro from the recruiting person on 28th march and given april 28th joining date and i have also accepted it

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?
