Ok keto crew. Keto is all well and good in the week & can make it fit my life well, but I struggle so bad at the weekends going out. Do you all really not drink? If you do, what do you have?

I don’t have any experience with Keto Diet. However, I have heard so many good things about it. Anyone want to do an intro to what it is, tips, needed products to start, etc?

Been keto for 6 months and feel great. But friends and colleagues constantly keep nagging about “arteries might be clogged”. Has anyone here had their bloodwork tested?

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?
