Creative director at my agency says he prefers to do all the work himself while leaving very little creative freedom for us designers. He says he "knows what he's doing". I want out but pay is good! Advice?

I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. I just have mail confirmation regarding retention offer. Again I spoke to concerned person this month, they said, central team is processing still, in April'22 u will receive revised salary.

I got hired at EY after mid year. My offer letter says I’m not eligible for salary increase until 10/18.

Is that typical?

Plaintiff side question - comp is base plus % of fees. Firm has non equity split % with associate working on case. This normal for a non equity partner? Normal associate comp is full % when working with an equity partner.
