Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments

Has this ever occurred to anyone, after declining the offer as politely as I can through a proper email..the hr called almost 10 -12 times while I was in a meeting..could not receive then...after I called.. he went on convincing and later on started arguing...I said a no..and gave reasons for not joining..he was trying to make me feel guilty for not joining their company..his arguments were not ending..had to again say a no and disconnect...I never had such an experience in my life...
