How long will Barclays take to release offer letter, I completed my interviews and submitted the documents last Friday, haven't heard back from them after that. I have only 15 days of notice left, holding other 2 offers as well.

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?

My current ctc is 13.8 lpa.Before scheduling L1 interview, HR told me for this role the maximum pay is between 13lpa and 5lpa.. I said ok.. and i have celared the interview as well. HR negotiation is pending. Now if i negotiate for a higher salary.. what will happen? Would they be able to go beyond 15lpa?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

This will be the first time I will be in tax slab.
I have few queries can anyone please help me regarding this.
In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.

Last week on Friday, I have given Hexaware interview and just after the first round of interview with the client and the manager ( 3 people in the interview panel) , I got the congratulations mail that I have cleared the interview process . I have received mail to submit all my documents and fill CAF form.. After doing all these,on Monday Hr called me to inform my offer letter is in progress.But then I got a rejection mail ,and after that Hr stopped picking my call .. @Hexaware
