Friends I have to make a tough decision and not able to make up my mind . I'm currently earning 15 LPA salary .. but not happy with current job after I switched just 3 months ago .. My manager makes such a big deal to approve even 1 day leave ..and overall culture is very average . Now my old company wants to take me back but can only offer 13 LPA and they also have fully remote option . Is it bad to accept less than CCTC future wise ?

After being in Fishbowl for sometime, I see everyone has something (or many things) they don't like about their company (even MBB, Big 4). From outside those companies look like potential employers for candidates.

I know grass is always looks greener (sometimes actually greener) on the other side.

But what are good consulting firms which is basically perceived good both by employees and potential candidates?

I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all. Others never came back with salary negotiation/confirmation. They just ask the expected CTC and never get back with update. It's a painful wait and demotivating. Do they come back or am I just waiting for nothing? My expectation is not out of the box too. Please suggest?

My would be employer asked if I need conference equipment like headphone/mic and camera as a part of the remote work setup.
