I am about to receive an offer for Gurgaon location from Publicis Sapient for Senior Associate Technology L2.
I asked for 38 LPA but they are offering 36LPA all fixed (34 base, 2 gratuity and PF). My current CTC is 28.5 LPA.
I would like to know about the salary bracket for this profile.
Are they low bowling?
Will they consider if I ask them to consider for L3 position?
My total experience is 7 years. Tech stack Java, Spring Boot

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink?
