I was working in Deloitte USI for 1.10 yrs, post that switched to PwC AC and working here for past 3 months.

Now as well I'm getting calls from other companies if I want to join them.

What do you say, should I think about it?

let's all put paper or atleast look for other opportunities then they come to know how it feels. I am sure people who are in Publicis Sapient are very good in technical skills they can easily get job outside with same CTC.

I joined company A 20 days back in the offer letter they mentioned designation as senior analyst and when I joined I got to know that thet gave me designation as just engineer and I am 6.5 year experienced.
I am not very comfortable with this uninformed demotion also I have another offer in hand but i haven't informed that I already joined in because I was not in that mental state.
What should I do ?
