Which one would be better for me, could you suggest.
1. Accenture 21.8 fixed and overall 27 with 1.9 joining bonus
2. Coforge with 25 LPA
3. Infosys 22.5 LPA
4. Deloitte India 24 LPA
5. TCS 23 LPA
6. Volkswagen 25 LPA

I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Titles are different which is why the pay is much different. I know some may think it is a no brainer but offer A allows me to grow the department ground up whereas offer B id be apart of to just different

Is $90k - $100k a reasonable salary range for a senior visual designer with 9 years of experience at a tech company? I’m seeing a lot of varying numbers, and trying to consider inflation as a possibility.

For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.
