ATCI is WFH mostly and Novo 3 days to office.

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Hi Fishies, I got offer at Infosys for 9.5 LPA and HCL Technologies for 10.5 LPA. My Experience is 2 years and 10 Months. Applied for data engineer role. Tech Stack is Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop and having Good Experience in Google Cloud. Current CTC is 6 LPA at Cognizant.
