I have started my investment journey from 2022. And every month I have been investing somewhere around 80k to 1L. I never tried to time the market and 80% of my money in MF (Large + Mid + Small + FOF + Debt). I want to achieve 1Crore. I have couple of questions.
1. Should I buy a flat now by liquidating some of my investments?
2. Should I invest 2,3 more years and then buy the flat? As currently I am staying in rent & paying around 30k in Bangalore.

If you have any target on profit then wait for some more time otherwise Plan your home now. Be free once in life activity. Enjoy ownership. Once you get home,Then plan your investment activily. Because your age and flat price is always increasing . I did same. I purchased my flat early. So now I don't have to worry about the home, prize, possession all stuff related to home buy. Now I activily investing. I purchased another flat as invest as well. You can plan your life activity, vacations, loan repayment and investment.
Won’t be that emi one extra pressure considering current job market
Stay on rent for 2-3 years and you'll have less stress of down payment
I have booked a 1.10 Cr flat, which has no pre emi till possession (2029) I only paid 10% now. Is it the right decision I made? @help
