I think ITR is a better proof of tax compliance than Form 16. Try convincing them of the same.
Bgc check would have head issues that is why they are asking alternate proof of form16

No, the HR is cordinating, only the document verification team is unaware of what to take instead of form 16. Here team is different for each process in mnc
