I hv submitted my docs in accenture, they have asked me for previous company form 16. I do not have form 16 of previous company as i was working there on direct contract and only tds was deducted from my salary. I got form 26AS from the income tax department.
I have also submitted my bank statements
The HR im Accenture are not providing any solution on this and kept my candidature on hold.
Any suggestions what can i do to get the offer? Pl help

Am I correct in my understanding that:

Over a certain income ($76k as of 2021), a single person CANNOT make tax-free contributions to a traditional IRA if you have a workplace retirement plan?

In my example, I have a work 401k, and my adjusted gross income is over (or just about hovering) at the 76k limit. This means I can't make pre-tax contributions to a traditional IRA, so I should just go for a Roth?

PF Transfer Issue:
I have recently moved to 3rd company in my career of 7 years.
When I joined my 2nd company I had transferred my 1st company PF to 2nd company (I used one transfer option in PF website)
But now when I'm trying to transfer my 2nd company PF to 3rd company PF account. It is pending from 2 months.
Has anyone tried transferring old PF to new PF account from 2nd to 3rd or 3rd to 4th PF account.

What are some of your strange/weird habits at work?

Hi, I am a tier 2 b-school graduate (major:ops, minor: IT), lost my campus offer and currently working in a c2h role and it was not an MBA opening. My previous work experience is in ITIL process management and service reporting. Can anyone suggest skills I should try acquiring to get to a decent role. Most of the openings I see for MBA candidates require experience in ERP modules which is not something I can acquire via courses. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Recently I had interview with tcs . During hr dicuession the hr person offered me 7.5lpa currently my CTC is 5lpa with wipro. Then later on we agreed to 8lpa during dicuession. So he told he will dicuess with senior level for approval for 8lpa then he release a sample ctc break up and asked me to accept it and he told he will release final offer after higher level discussion. I agreed for that. After two day he called me and offer only 6.8lpa. Why he changed this any idea? I declined.Surprising hr behaviour?
