I recently cleared all the rounds of interview for the Position of Software Engineer they were recently hiring via Walkin for L2 Role And I'm a dotnet developer exp 2yrs and in GL Role is particularly for Data Engineer/Specialist. my ctc is 5LPA and today HR said that she can give max 7lpa after getting a counter offer from my side as well and she convenced me somehow on 7LPA.
Should I negotiate more?? Please help and also tell me appraisal % they generally give min to employee inGL?
