Is it common to get rejected in L2 round for Atos.
I was just asked to summarise regarding the work I have done & in the end LWD, current offer & expected CTC.

I asked for 19.5-20.5 LPA as I am already having current ctc of 18 lpa in SAP domain with total 5.11 YOE.

It is really frustrating to get rejected after 1 round without any reason apart from compensation which I think they should be already aware as I we already mention our expections.

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
