TCS - 23Lpa
Calsoft - 25lpa
Born group (Tech Mahindra company) - 27lpa

Variable pay is almost 1lpa in all above companies.
Interviews in pipeline - synechron / infostrech/ persistent. (28lpa fixed)

EOY: 9.3 years
Technology: React Js
Designation offered: Tech lead

Could you advise which one will be best to join ?

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job.
