What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.

Don't worry about it much.
Just allocate as much as you can to HRA. In your case i think you should be able to allocate 3-3.5L to HRA.
For the rest of it, you'll have options like fuel exemption, driver's salary etc. That doesn't reduces taxable income by much and you have to show bills in order to get it exempted so I personally avoid the hassle.
HRA will be the main source of tax exemption, rest of it you might as well allocate to basic.
Also, during the onboarding process, you'll probably get a chance to understand this component in depth (or you can look it up on the internet for better understanding)
The Other 9 LPA is a flexible planner paid to you depending on how you want that money....Ask for a Salary break up annexure and you can see the break up...the JG also affects how FBP works. What is your JG being offered.
That is how the salary structure works
What is the Job Grade, they are offering?
Good offer, you can surely go for it.
I joined Nokia with 5.5 years exp at package of 13LPA in 2013. You are getting 18 at 6 years . Considering 9 years gap and current market, I see it as a lowball offer.
Please understand hikes and Variable pay at nokia is not good (this year was exception), so consider these factors. If you have other options look there as well.
Nokia is a good company for culture, not for money and growth.
Kya kre hum kase log fir. For 11 yoe m getting very less.
Yes you would be allowed to change the FBP part after you join
