Like I have been offered by Infosys for role of Senior Associate Consultant with CTC 15.7 but after 1 week got call from HR that they didn't got approval by management on this package so they have reduced it to 12.3 LPA saying that 'Recession in IT Domain'. Will job be safe to join at time like these ? What if in notice period they deny the offer ?Mindtree Tata Consultancy Accenture

I was told a position is expected to return to the hybrid mode and not 100% remote eligible. Has anyone successfully negotiated a role labeled this way to become fully remote?

VENT: I feel completely demotivated after our new FOW announcement and it gave me whiplash. Need your valuable insights. Having an YOE of 11 years and offered TechLead position with a CTC of 30 LPA (28.5 LPA Fixed) a month ago.

Though their WLB and culture seems good, I kept feeling that I am being lowballed which pushed me to give further interviews.
