I am currently working in Aditya Birla mutual funds at gwalior. After working 4 years in this industry just after my MBA I realised that the earning potential here is not so lucrative.

I want to make career transition in consulting or Business analyst .
Please help me to get into it as everyday I spend here feels like missing opportunities without developing any skillsets.

Can someone tell me if a HRBP III is more senior level than a HRBP I? I’ve never really dealt with those titles so I am a little confused!

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
