Now these days everyone getting hire on high package specially mid level employees(5 to 10 yr) almost 25+ lpa even more which was not possible before pandemic.

What you guys think about job security for high package, is it become normal after one or two years OR we will see mass firing.

I need help with compensation info. I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I wanted to know what the compensation breakdown (base, stocks, bonus etc) for the Microsoft role will look like. Also, is it worth waiting for a response before signing JPM, as I've stalled for a bit? I have 6+ YOE. Thoughts please.

Now in the job market my Masters is not considered and all the job calls are based on my Btech degree. Every time I have applied for Big4 or consultant opening the HRs response ends with a similar note ie we consider students with top B schools and hiring is only via campus
