Hi fishes on 24th Feb 2023 i had Tr And Mr in tcs and on the same day I got mail from hr that i had cleared the round and upload document and after 7 to 10 days hr discussion will happen. But still 'ow there is no response and also my application status is screening and resume shortlisted. And I also send mail about this issue to . But no response. Is there any hope for hr discussion or not?

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
