CTC: 23lpa

1) How many days will it take for TCS to release the offer?
2) the Manager told me that the project is based in Chennai but i will be working out of Mumbai.. Are there any chances that they will ask me to relocate?
3) The HR told me that this Salarybia not final and that they are sending for approval... Is approval just a formality...? Or can it be denied as well...

I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?
