Received offer letter from KPMG, but they have mentioned 13.5 as fixed and 30% variable ( max).
HR mentioned that you will definitely get 15% Bonus all the time i.e 1.5 LPA.
So my question is whether KPMG pays more than 15 % bonus always? Is there any way to renegotiate with the HR to make amount as fixed component as I feel it is very risky to have 3.5 LPA into VP?

I currently have offer of 17 LPA where 15.70 is fixed.

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?

Been feeling very low for a very long time. Working with a Big Four for 7+ years (since graduation) and was excited to join consulting as I get easily bored, wanted to grow at an exponential scale and wanted to travel for work. Cut to now, though I am well sought after for my skills and consistently got 25%+ bonus, I feel I have achieved nothing cuz I didn't get the promotions that I worked for, people have been chosen over me for overseas travel and destroyed my social life. Venting only! :)
