Wanted to understand why the majority of companies go for a H1B visa for any employee they want to bring to US, and not the L1 visas? (A/B)

The H1B is a lottery, and therefore is uncertain. It's such a huge disappointment for the efforts made on both ends, the company and the employee. Why not simply go for L1s and skip the uncertainty

My sibling (from India) applied for Canadian Visa for study permit (2 years) and it was rejected stating the reason "the IRCC agent was not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay.
The intake was in Jan 2023.

Should we apply again? Has anyone ever experienced this and would appreciate if they can guide me? I'm really worried and emotionally tormented. Need urgent help.

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.
Would it be a wise decision to move there. Would I be able to save enough and enjoy as well?
