Hi Fishes I have 2 offer 1 from epam anywhere and other is from deloitte, which is better to join ?. Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Like percentage wise, with the fact that I’m about 7-10K underpaid compared to other people with the current title?

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k.
